Details:
* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected tonight into early Friday. Westerly winds of 15 to 25mph
with gusts up to 50mph expected Friday morning through late Friday
evening.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest winds tonight into Friday morning are
expected over hill and ridge tops in NEPA and the Catskills as
well as the Finger Lakes through the higher terrain south of I-90
in NY. Widespread strong wind gusts are expected late Friday
morning through Friday evening as westerly winds push cold air
into the area behind the departing cold front.
