Details:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations 4 to 8 inches and ice accumulations up to a third of
an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph Sunday afternoon and
Sunday night.

* WHERE...Oswego County.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be become difficult. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.

Information:
Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
driving.
